Protection of Children

FEB Chairman Harvey Thomas has offered FEB support to the Internet Watch Foundation, and CCPAS (Churches Child Protection Advisory Service) as they develop plans for improving Online Safety.

The issue of Online Safety is being tackled from many different aspects and by many different Organisations and people, both in the UK and in Europe. FEB is working to co-ordinate efforts by connecting Organisations and by bringing people together, helping to create a better and safer environment for children and vulnerable people to grow and develop.

Harvey is promoting more discussion and debate about the issue at the European Union and is working with MEPs and others to find ways of achieving measurable results.

FEB is preparing a comprehensive list of Organisations involved in Online Safety and Child Protection. If you know of reputable Organisations which should be added to this list, please email the Contact details to This email address is being protected from spambots.
